Offense is one area that many of us suffer from. As we all want to be respected and heard it’s easy sometimes to become offended by someone else’s thoughts, views or comments on a subject or topic. However when this happens we become self consumed with our own thought process or reasoning.
We all have many different views on so much. Society, the government, your friends, family, associates and even your enemies think differently. Our feelings and thoughts about most things will change on a regular if not daily basis so respecting others and moving along to remain at peace in a time of disagreement will be key.
There are many things we may or may not like to hear or see but it is important that we handle all knowing that we all have free will, a free mind and opportunity to make and develop our own decisions. Hold no offense and be a peace with everyone you come in contact with. Be willing and watch God work out for your good.
Romans 15:5-6 HCSB
Now may the God who gives endurance and encouragement allow you to live in harmony with one another, according to the command of Christ Jesus, so that you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ with a united mind and voice.
